Refund Policy (Global – Corporate Compliance Framework)

Cameralux operates as a digital platform enabling live and on-demand interactions between users and independent content creators (“Models”). Cameralux does not directly produce content but facilitates access to services provided by independent third parties.

All services are digital, instantly accessible, and highly subjective. Due to these traits, transactions are generally final and non-refundable except in specific cases outlined in this Policy or where mandated by applicable laws.

1. Service Nature and Platform Boundaries

Users explicitly acknowledge that:

  • All offerings are delivered live or as immediate digital content
  • Models work independently and are not Cameralux employees
  • Cameralux neither controls nor guarantees Model conduct
  • Experiences depend on individual user expectations and Model engagement

Given this setup, Cameralux cannot guarantee specific outcomes, user satisfaction, or consistent performance.

Discontent due to subjective reasons, such as unmet expectations or personal taste, does not qualify for refunds.

2. When Refunds Are Applicable

Refunds will only be issued when objective, verifiable conditions exist.

Examples include:

  • Technical failures at the platform level blocking access to services
  • System glitches causing incorrect token deductions
  • Documented failure of a Model to deliver a pre-agreed service

All refund claims must be supported with evidence and undergo internal review.

3. Specific Service Situations

Refund eligibility is assessed considering real-life usage:

  • Connection Interruptions: Partial refunds may be given if caused by Cameralux’s infrastructure
  • User Internet Issues: No refund if caused by user’s device or connection
  • Model Disconnection: Evaluated based on session length and context
  • Partial Sessions: Partial refunds calculated for unused time
  • Interactive Disputes: No refunds for subjective disagreements

4. Payment Issues

These payment-related cases are covered:

  • Duplicate Payments: Full refund upon confirmation
  • Pending Charges: May resolve automatically depending on payment provider
  • Authorization Holds vs Charges: Temporary holds are not final charges
  • Delayed Settlements: Depend on payment processor timing

Cameralux is not liable for delays or errors caused by banks or financial institutions.

5. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be made within 72 hours (3 days) from the purchase date.

Requests should contain adequate details for proper investigation.

Submit claims via:

Contact Form

Requests made later than this timeframe may be denied.

6. How Refunds Are Calculated

Approved refunds are computed based on:

  • Duration of the session
  • Tokens spent
  • Service availability

Refund types include:

  • Full refund (rare cases)
  • Partial refund (proportional to unused service)
  • Platform credit

Cameralux reserves full discretion over compensation decisions.

7. Subscription and Recurring Payments

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled beforehand.

Users are responsible for:

  • Managing subscription preferences
  • Canceling prior to renewal

No refunds are given for:

  • Unused subscription periods
  • Missed cancellations
  • Partially consumed services

8. Transactions Not Eligible for Refunds

  • Completed live broadcasts
  • Recorded sessions and premium content
  • Partially used token bundles
  • Cryptocurrency payments

9. Preventing Chargebacks and Fraud

Chargebacks or actions blocking payment collection are deemed fraudulent.

Examples include:

  • Contesting valid transactions after service use
  • Repeated abuse of refund policies
  • Unauthorized refund claims after participation

Consequences include:

  • Immediate termination of account
  • Permanent ban
  • Financial recovery actions
  • Reporting to payment processors and authorities

Users are responsible for:

  • Chargeback fees
  • Administrative costs
  • Investigation expenses

10. Bank-Initiated Refund Requests

Filing disputes directly through banks without contacting Cameralux may lead to account suspension.

Users must first seek resolution via Cameralux Support.

11. Consumer Rights Under Local Laws

This Policy does not override mandatory consumer protections.

Where local laws apply, they take precedence.

12. European Union and UK Users

By purchasing digital services:

  • Users agree that services are rendered immediately
  • Users waive the right to cancel once service has started

13. Brazil

The 7-day cancellation right applies only before service consumption.

Once accessed, the right may no longer be valid.

14. India

Refund policies align with applicable regional regulations.

Due to digital service nature, refunds remain limited.

15. Fraud Detection and Risk Management

Cameralux employs advanced tools to detect misuse:

  • Behaviour analysis
  • Transaction monitoring
  • Risk assessment

Suspicious activity can lead to usage restrictions or account closure.

16. Limitation of Liability

Cameralux is not liable for:

  • User dissatisfaction
  • Model conduct
  • Technical disruptions
  • External payment issues

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

17. Indemnity

Users agree to hold Cameralux harmless from any claims or damages arising from misuse or violations.

18. Final Note

Cameralux maintains a firm yet fair refund system balancing user protection with fraud deterrence.

By using the platform, you accept this Refund Policy.

Note: Models are under no obligation to meet every user demand.
