Gold Show Guidelines (Prepaid Group Performance – Extended Framework)

A Gold Show is a prepaid, limited-duration group performance hosted by an independent Model on the Cameralux platform. Gold Shows allow several users to pool a fixed amount of credits or tokens to enjoy a shared live session.

Cameralux functions solely as a tech platform and does not directly provide, control, or influence the content, behaviour, or performance of the Models.

1. Essence of Gold Shows

  • Entertainment-focused and inherently subjective
  • Models operate as independent freelancers
  • No promises of specific acts or results
  • User enjoyment is personal and subjective

Personal dissatisfaction does not qualify for refunds.

2. Show Setup

  • Performance overview (for guidance only)
  • Overall funding target
  • Minimum contribution amount
  • Show length and countdown timer

Models maintain full creative control over the show.

3. Pre-Show Stage

  • Users can pledge contributions
  • No commitment to perform before the show starts

If the funding goal isn’t met, the Model can cancel → full refunds issued.

4. Show Launch and Participation

  • Access granted only to paying participants
  • Participation occurs in a group setting

5. Late Entry Policy

  • Full price applies regardless of join time
  • No partial access or price adjustments
  • No refunds for late joiners

6. Disconnection Protocol

  • Reconnection allowed if feasible
  • No refunds for user-side technical issues
  • Platform-related outages may be reviewed for refunds

7. Tipping

  • Optional and entirely at user’s discretion
  • Does not create any obligation
  • Tips are non-refundable under all circumstances

8. Partial Attendance

  • Leaving before the end → no refund
  • Early Model termination → subject to review

9. Gold Show Refund Terms (Integrated)

Gold Shows are prepaid live digital services. Once the show starts, the service is deemed fully consumed.

General Policy

  • All payments are final once access is granted
  • Refunds only issued in objective, verifiable circumstances
  • Personal dissatisfaction is not a valid reason

Full Refund

  • Show cancelled prior to start → 100% refund

Partial Refunds

  • Significant early show termination
  • Major platform technical issues

Refunds may be proportional based on unused time.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • User exiting early
  • Device or internet issues on user’s side
  • Dissatisfaction with the performance
  • Tips and extra payments

Technical Failures

  • Server-side problems → eligible for refund

  • User consents to immediate service delivery
  • Right of withdrawal waived once show begins
