CameraLux Terms and Conditions and User Agreement

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE

THIS WEBSITE AND ALL RELATED SERVICES ARE STRICTLY FOR ADULTS ONLY. YOU MUST BE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD AND HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF MAJORITY ACCORDING TO YOUR LOCAL LAWS TO ACCESS, SIGN UP, OR USE THE CAMERALUX PLATFORM.

ALL TERMS, POLICIES, AND LEGAL DOCUMENTS ARE BASED SOLELY ON THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE. IF THERE IS ANY INCONSISTENCY OR DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRANSLATIONS, THE ENGLISH VERSION WILL TAKE PRECEDENCE AND BE THE SOLE LEGALLY BINDING DOCUMENT.

By entering, browsing, registering, or using the Platform, you affirm and guarantee that you are willingly stepping into a digital space filled with adult content. This may include explicit videos, live shows, private interactive chats, user-to-user exchanges, text-based conversations, and user-generated material that could be sexual, suggestive, or otherwise provocative.

You also acknowledge that such content may be offensive, inappropriate, or illegal in some regions, and access might be limited, regulated, or banned by local laws, cultural norms, or government bodies. Laws about adult content vary widely across territories and may impose age limits, content restrictions, or payment controls.

It is your sole responsibility to confirm that viewing such content is legal where you live before using the Platform. The Company does not guarantee that the Platform or its content complies with your local laws.

If accessing adult content is illegal or regulated in your location, you must stop using the Platform immediately. Continuing means you confirm you've verified the legality and accept full responsibility for any consequences, including legal or financial penalties.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Company denies any liability for illegal or unauthorized use of the Platform, including minors accessing, users bypassing blocks through VPNs or proxies, or using false info.

Users understand that trying to bypass geographic or age restrictions may lead to immediate suspension or permanent banning without warning.

This section does not limit the Company’s right to take further enforcement actions as necessary to comply with laws and policies.

1. Legal Framework and Parties

This Agreement forms a binding contract between GODAN30 LLP, a limited liability partnership registered under English and Welsh law, headquartered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, UK (hereafter “the Company”), and anyone accessing or using the Platform (hereafter “the User”).

This Agreement covers all use of the Cameralux Platform, including all websites, apps, APIs, mobile versions, and related services managed by the Company. It applies to all activity regardless of device, network, or access method.

The Agreement is designed to be enforceable internationally. Where local mandatory laws apply, they override only to the extent required and do not invalidate the rest of the Agreement.

By using the Platform, Users confirm they accept this Agreement electronically, including by clicking “I agree,” logging in, or continuing to use the service. This acts as a legally binding contract equivalent to a signed paper document.

Nothing restricts any rights or obligations that cannot be waived under law. Consumer protections remain intact as required.

The Company keeps all rights not explicitly granted here, including intellectual property and platform management.

This Agreement overrides any prior agreements or understandings about using the Platform.

2. Definitions (Expanded)

For clarity and purpose, these definitions apply throughout this Agreement and are interpreted broadly to uphold legal effect.

Platform: The Cameralux system, encompassing all digital assets, apps, software, hosting, streaming tech, payment integrations, databases, interfaces, and services provided by the Company.

User: Any person or entity who accesses, browses, registers, or uses the Platform, whether passively or actively, temporarily or continuously.

Member: A User who consumes or engages with content or services on the Platform, including watching, chatting, or making payments.

Performer: A User who creates, uploads, streams live, or otherwise shares content or services on the Platform, including interactive sessions.

Content: Any audio, video, images, text, data, or interactive material available on the Platform, live or recorded, including user contributions.

Services: All functionalities offered on the Platform, such as streaming, messaging, tipping, subscriptions, and content access.

Jurisdiction: The legal area that applies to a User, determined by location, residence, IP address, or law.

These definitions apply consistently unless stated otherwise, and ambiguities are resolved to maintain the Agreement’s intent and enforceability.

3. Platform's Nature (Legal Positioning)

Cameralux acts solely as a tech service provider enabling consenting adults to interact. It provides hosting, streaming, communication tools, and payment processing that allow real-time or recorded exchanges between Users.

The Company neither creates nor controls any User-generated content. All content is independently produced and shared by Users under their own responsibility.

The Company does not employ or supervise Performers; they operate independently, accountable for their actions and legal compliance. No employment or partnership relationship exists between the Company and any User.

All interactions happen directly between Users; the Company is just a technical intermediary and not a party to any exchange.

The Company disclaims responsibility for content accuracy, legality, quality, or reliability and does not guarantee any User outcomes such as satisfaction or earnings.

The Company is not obligated to monitor all content or interactions continuously. While moderation tools exist, they do not imply full oversight or responsibility for User content.

This applies to all content forms, including live streams, recordings, private chats, or other interactions.

4. Eligibility and User Requirements

Access and use of the Platform are strictly for Users who meet all eligibility criteria outlined here, which must be maintained at all times.

Users must be at least eighteen (18) years old or older if the local age of majority is higher, and legally allowed to view adult content.

Users confirm they access the Platform voluntarily and lawfully, have not been banned or suspended before, and are not trying to bypass enforcement actions.

Providing false info about age, identity, or location is a serious breach and may lead to immediate suspension or account termination without warning.

The Company may verify User eligibility anytime, including ID checks or documentation requests. Failure to comply may restrict or end access.

These requirements are ongoing; failure to comply at any point may lead to enforcement without Company liability for resulting losses.

5. Global Compliance and Restrictions

Cameralux operates worldwide and complies with diverse legal frameworks. Access and features may vary based on User location and applicable laws.

Laws on adult content, online services, data, and payments differ greatly, affecting access, age checks, content types, and data duties.

The Company may implement geo-blocking, content filtering, age verification, and other controls to meet legal demands.

Access may be denied or limited based on geolocation or IP. Attempts to bypass these, such as VPN use, may trigger enforcement.

The following table summarises general approaches by region:

Region Verification Requirement Access Policy Compliance Trigger
United Kingdom Mandatory ID Verification Blocked until verified Online Safety laws
European Union ID or token verification Limited access pending verification GDPR & Digital Services Act
India Region-specific rules Conditional access per laws Local age verification laws
Brazil & Other Regions Self-declaration (where allowed) Access with monitoring Local legal permissions

This is illustrative and not exhaustive. The Company may update compliance measures as laws evolve.

Users agree that ongoing use implies acceptance of such updates.

6. Age Verification

Cameralux uses age verification to block minors and comply with laws. Methods vary by region and may include:

  • Government ID checks;
  • Facial recognition and liveness tests;
  • Third-party verifiers;
  • Self-declaration where legal.

Users must complete verification to access certain features or the Platform. Failure blocks access.

Bypassing or tampering with age checks breaches this Agreement and may cause permanent ban.

Verification data may be stored per privacy laws, including tokens and timestamps but not full IDs unless required.

Verification may be rechecked periodically based on risks or regulations.

The Company disclaims liability for false or fraudulent verification info.

7. Account Registration

Users may need to register to use some features, providing correct and current info.

Users are responsible for keeping login details secure and for all actions under their account. The Company is not liable for misuse due to negligence.

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts with false or incomplete info or policy violations.

8. Account Security

Users are fully responsible for protecting their credentials, including passwords and authentication tokens.

Reasonable security measures, like strong passwords and secure devices, are expected. Using shared or public systems is at User’s own risk.

Users must promptly report unauthorized access or breaches; failure to do so increases risk and liability.

The Company may suspend or restrict accounts showing suspicious activity without prior notice to protect the Platform.

9. Service Availability

The Platform and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

The Company disclaims all warranties, including fitness for purpose or uninterrupted service.

Temporary or permanent outages are not breaches of this Agreement.

10. Platform Changes

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice.

Changes may include features, payment systems, interfaces, or content.

Users accept that the Platform evolves and agree that modifications are necessary.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Suspension and Termination

The Company may suspend or terminate access for violations, illegal acts, or threats to the Platform or users.

Immediate action may be taken without notice to protect safety or legal compliance.
